Alumnus briefing the trainees

Don Bosco Tech Society has been the epitome of nurturing young, dynamic, and vibrant leaders of our society. Mr. Prasad (Alumnus), is one among many who is playing a vital role in the formation of the young.

Mr. Prasad, working in one of the reputed hotels at Alipurdwar, West Bengal. was once called on December 14, 2020, to brief the ongoing trainees.

He knows very well what exactly the trainee's needs and the employer. Hence, he turned his focus on giving a boost to raising a level of ‘soft skills’. In his speech, he spoke of ‘personal power’ and ‘professional power’. With the help of examples, he clarified the above topic. He also related both these topics as how these can help them in their future growth if blended. He also answered all their queries during the questionnaire.

The trainees were happy to listen to him. He was very friendly and kind to each of them while answering them. In the end, Mr. Pravin Thapa (Trainer) thanked him for his substantial contribution to the center and the time that he has given for the betterment of the student.
