Inaugural Ceremony of Trainee Associates and Food & Beverage Steward batches

The Don Bosco Tech (Sambalpur) has organized the inaugural function of the Batch – 1 & 2, domain – Trainee Associates and Food & Beverage Steward, Accenture Phase 10 on October 16, 2019. Ms. Kalpana Mishra (social worker) from Dibyajyoti was invited as a chief guest for the event and Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma (social worker) was invited as a guest of honor for the function. Sr. Regis, Sr. Mercy and Sr. Sameera from JMJ hospital were also invited as a guest for the function.

The event started with the lighting of lamp by the dignitaries at the dais. Mr. Sarat Chandra Das formally welcomed all the dignitaries present on the dais and all the new aspirants. Ms. Kalpana Mishra extended a hearty welcome to the trainees and told them to keep focused as they go forward. She ended her talk wishing them a bright future.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma said “If you have the curiosity to step forward then there will be a ray / light even in the darkness. When we go to the school to study we find a black board in front of us but the teacher teaches us and along with him, s/he brings the light of knowledge.”

There was some entertainment programme by the trainees. All other guests too encouraged the students to study well and look forward for a bright future. Vote of thanks was proposed by Ajay Kumar Badi, on behalf of Don Bosco Tech. He thanked all the invited guests and the new aspirants for gracing the occasion by their solemn presence and the session ended up with the national anthem.
