Sales Associate Trainees visit to Silicon Pai International Showroom, the first time

Don Bosco Tech Society (Chitradurga) organized the first exposure visit for the trainees of Sales Associate domain on March 5, 2020, with the able guidance and support of Fr. Sony Mathew (Director, Chithra Don Bosco). Ms. Shruthi (Trainer, Retail Sales) accompanied the trainees to Pai International Showroom based in Chitradurga.

Mr. Ramesh (Sales executive, Pai International Show Room) was happy to welcome the trainees while he introduced himself, in a brief note. Ms. Shruthi provided a piece of brief information about Don Bosco Tech Society and its intervention, with a special mention to Chitradurga training. Thereby, Mr. Ramesh began to explain about administration structure, achievements, recruitment process, products, stock maintenance of the budding organization.

The trainees were awestruck to see this establishment. No longer, one can wait to enter into such a prestigious organization. Mr. Lokesh (Sales Executive, Pai International Show Room) spared his valuable time to tour them about. He showed a variety of products like TV, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Mixer, Oven, Iron Box, etc and spared no energy to explain the differences between each product of a wide variety of brands.

Mr. Lokesh, having shown them enough, gave them strategies of Marketing and Management. Out of several topics, he explained about the types of consumers and how to manage them. During and after the briefing, the trainees clarified some of their doubts related to the marketing.

The trainees were happy about the visit and thankful to the staff of Pai International Show Room, while not forgetting to thank their trainers.
