Dheeraj Kushwaha, a 23-year-old from a disadvantaged background in the Bhopal district of Madhya Pradesh, faced challenging circumstances due to financial constraints. With the weight of his family’s hopes resting upon his shoulders, Dheeraj actively sought opportunities to uplift his life. Through a mobilizer, he discovered the Don Bosco Tech Society and its skill training center, Clara Niketan.

Recognizing the potential for a positive change, Dheeraj approached the center for further inquiries. He candidly shared his situation, juggling both his studies and a part-time job to support his family. Dheeraj longed for a sustainable job opportunity that would pave the way for a brighter future.

Understanding his aspirations and determination, the Don Bosco Tech Society admitted Dheeraj into their Taxi Driver training program. Displaying commendable discipline, he attended classes regularly while continuing his part-time job. After completing the intensive month-long training, Dheeraj’s hard work paid off when he secured a placement at A-1 Motors and Engineer Works in Bhopal.

For the past three months, Dheeraj has been employed at A-1 Motors, earning a salary of Rs. 10,000 per month. He has not only become a pillar of support for his family but has also managed to pursue his studies simultaneously.

Expressing his gratitude, Dheeraj emphasizes his profound happiness and appreciation for the skill training he received at Don Bosco Tech. He acknowledges that such an opportunity exceeded his expectations and credits Mahindra Finance and the Don Bosco Tech Society for their invaluable assistance in transforming the lives of numerous young individuals like himself. Furthermore, he extends his heartfelt thanks to all the teachers for their unwavering support and encouragement along his journey.
