Ms. Menjary Purty is the elder among her sisters. They live in Mayurbhanj district, which is a tribal area in Odisha. Her father is a farmer. And they have some specific product which is cultivated even not throughout the year. This is the only source of income of her family. In fact, it’s very difficult to run the family with six members including her parents. She have experienced that her family struggling for money and food from her childhood. Due to the poor financial condition, she could not go for higher studies. So she use to help her mother in cooking and father in farming.

One day she got the leaflet about the Don Bosco Tech training programs. She felt really happy because of the free training. After that she got some hope and took the admission in F&B Steward domain from Don Bosco Tech (Thakurmunda). She attended the classes regularly. 

After the training, she got placed in hotel Golden Palace (Puri, Odisha) with the salary of Rs.6800 per month and also sending a substantial amount from her savings to her family. Her parents are very happy and thanked to Don Bosco Tech and the trainers.
