Rukumani Mishra, 34 years ambitious lady from Bihar staying in Najafgarh with her husband. She has not completed her studies. Her family doesn’t allow her to study after 8th class. In the year 2003, she got married and came to Delhi with her husband and stayed in a rented house. Her husband is a salesman and his salary is only Rs. 8000/-. In his salary it’s very difficult to manage household expenses of 5 members in the family including three children.

One day one of the ex-trainee of Najafgarh center informed her about the PMKVY training program being offered by Don Bosco Tech Society. Enquiring more she got to know that there is a project launched by Govt. of India for youth, under which the youths are getting free of cost training along with the placement facility. She joined ISMO domain with a hope that she will be able overcome the financial issues of the family.

She learned many things in ISMO domain and finally she got a good job in Modelama Exports Private Limited, Gurugram, and Haryana as a Sewing machine operator. Now she is earning Rs. 9023/- per month and now she is happily helping her husband to solve the financial issues of her family.
