Niharika Sinha Neha belongs to a lower class family from Patna district of Bihar. Her family consists of her parants, one brother and one sister. Her father is a farmer, who could earn only a very meagre income to meet the both ends. and her mother is a house wife. 

However, Niharika never lost hope and worked hard in her study and manage to purchase the academic materials like note-books, pens, etc. by borrowing money from her friends.

Once she met Mr. Rajesh Kumar (Mobilizer), who informed her about Don Bosco Tech in Patna. When she reached at the centre, she could realise that the hope for her future coming alive again. She planned to join the General Duty Assistant after appeared the interest inventory and counselling. 

During the training program, she learned many technical skills from General Duty Assistant domain. She was a well-mannered candidate who was interested in health sector. She was actively participating in every activity conducted at the centre.

After three months of training program, she got a chance to be interviewed at N. S. Emergency Hospital, Saristabad and selected with salary Rs. 5000/- per month. The skills that she sincerely nurtured during the course paved the successful way for her career. That was the happiest moment of her life, because it was the day of new hopes and dreams.
