Mohammad Alyas Khan is a 22 years old son of Late. Ameerulla Khan. He belongs to Ahtishampora Azadpora Boniyar. He joined the Himayat training centre, Boniyar on 26 Aug 2013 after completing his schooling from Govt. High School, Boniyar. Including him there are six family members in his family which includes his mother, two brothers, and two sisters. His mother a housewife and siblings are studying. His father was a govt. employee who unfortunately died due to an accident two years ago. The family receives insufficient amount of Rs. 3500 as the pension of his father.  He appeared his 10th class examination but failed and left the studies there after.

Alyas came to know about training centre through mobilization that was going on in his village. He found it very interesting and helpful and chose Hospitality domain. From the very beginning he was active during the classes at the training centre. Though he was shy in the beginning but did his best to improve. He is a hard worker. During the training he learned how to deal with customers, how to serve, grooming and personal hygiene.
 

The happiest day came in his life when he got selected in the interview for job. He joined CCD (Cafe Coffee Day) Jalandhar, Punjab at a monthly salary of Rs.6000 with accommodation.  The short term course of Himayat training centre helped him to gain confident and taught him how to sustain at work place. He says, “I am very happy with what DB Tech has provided me. My dream to stand on my own feet has been fulfilled today, now I will be able to support to my family. I am extremely thankful to the DB Tech Society and the project Himayat.” His mother is very happy with the changes she has found in him. The entire family is delighted with his great achievement.
