Shweta Kaithwas hails from Indore (Madhya Pradesh). She belongs to a very poor family. She could not be able to complete her studies after the 8th because of the financial condition of her family.
She wanted to study more or get a job to support her family.

One day she came to the center and enquires about the three months free training program of Don Bosco Tech and enrolled in the Assistant Beauty Therapist domain. While training she was regular, hard-working, and creative too.

And after successful completion of her training, Don Bosco Tech (Palda) provided her a chance to interview with Sneha Beauty Parlor. Where she got selected and her starting salary was Rs.6320 monthly. She is still working in the same parlor and got an appraisal and now her current salary is Rs.8000/- per month.

Now she is happily working and helping her family financially. She is also thankful to Don Bosco Tech who has provided her a platform and transformed her life.
