Sajath is a disabled person from a poor family located at Punalur (Kollam Dist.) Her parents were found this decease when she was one year old. Doctor said that she is affected by polio which has affected in her right lower limb with 90 percent disability.

Her mother is a home care nurse; and father is a daily labour.  His earnings only Rs.5000 per month. Before joining in Don Bosco Tech her parents didn’t have any expectation about her job. Financial problem is the main problem which Is faced by them. Her parents are illiterate also. She studied till 10th class.

She got to know about Don Bosco Tech during the mobilization drive in her town. She wanted more information about Don Boscio Tech. So she immediately contacted the Don Bosco Tech trainer; and the trainer briefed everything related to the Retail training program. As per the trainer’s suggestion, she enrolled in the CRM Non-Voice Course.

She became an active member in the class and started to do her responsibilities as a student representative. She crossed to the level where the students freely cleared their doubts and sought help from her to learn. She is very honest and sincere about the training and assignments.  There was a very good improvement in her in these three months. And she wants to support her family through her earning.

 After the completion of course, she got placed as a Telecaller at Softech Solutions Pathanapuram. Now she is getting salary of Rs.6000 per month plus incentive. She is a dedicated, hardworking and active girl. She is supporting her family too.

Apart from this, she is doing stitching works during her leisure time. She told us that the training she received from Don Bosco Tech boosted her self- confidence to shine like a star.
