Malkit belongs to a Nalgarh in Himachal Pradesh and from a middle class family. He was very depressed because he couldn’t able to continue his higher studies due to financial situation. While searching for a source of income, he was really not sure about his future. 
He met with Mr. Manjeet who informed about the job oriented skill development courses in Don Bosco Tech (Nalagarh). He came to center with his father and got the information about the courses and joined as per his interest Sales Associate domain.

In the induction process, he was the most energetic student in the batch. He participated in all the activities conducted in Induction. Induction is the seven-day process and gives good experience. He was very brilliant at learning new things. During the training program, he learned about the basics of computer, MS Office and the basics communication skills. Apart from that, he also gained the knowledge of the basic grooming and knowhow of the Retail sector. He became aware of workplace readiness concepts too.

After the training program he appeared for interview in BEHL Motors Pvt. Ltd. He selected as a Dealer Sales Executive on a salary of Rs. 10000/- per month. He started his career with the hope that one day he will make her dream come true.
