Rohan Augustine was a 21 year when he joined Don Bosco Tech (Muzaffarpur, Bihar) MOMA B-4 as a trainee in Hospitality Domain. He belongs from Muzaffarpur District of Bihar. He completed his 10th standard in 2012. The financial condition of his family was very poor. His father, Sudhir Augustine work as the grass hood labor and his mother is a house wife. Their monthly family income was only Rs. 3500/- which was not sufficient enough to maintain the running expenses of the house. With the urge to earn and help his parents, he started looking for some job when he came to know about BASE program through his friends and then joined Don Bosco Tech - Muzaffarpur.

During his training he behaved very well in the class, hard working and was a quick learner. Though he was not supported financially by his family members still he attended the class. Rohan was passionate about his study and career. As a person he was mature enough for his age and was sincere, discipline, punctual and hard working.For all these qualities he was much appreciated by all the trainers.

After the training, he got his placement in a three star hotel called Hotel Kailash Inn, Samastipur (Bihar) as a cashier. He earns Rs. 4000/including Food + Accommodation. He hopes to become a Front Office Manager in a Hotel and support his family in future.

He said that the opportunity that Don Bosco Tech had given him is very tremendous and that he cannot express his gratitude in words. He also adds that he will never be able to forget the blessings of Fr. Jesuraj, SJ (center Head) & his honorable trainer at the center.

At the end he quote the lesson from Don Bosco Tech, “There are three things in life that we must learn about their value which once gone will never turn and come back,i.e.  Time, Words and Opportunity.
