Jose Puthenpurackel

Br.(Dr) Jose is a distinguished Salesian educator, mentor, trainer, and educational leader with over 15 years of experience in school leadership and institutional development. He has served in Don Bosco institutions across India and as Vice Principal of Salesian College, Sonada, Darjeeling.
With a PhD in Educational Leadership and advanced studies in Social Anthropology, Psychology, and Management, he combines academic expertise with practical leadership experience.
As a Learning & Development Coach, Br.(Dr) Jose has trained and inspired 7,000+ school leaders, teachers, and students across India. He is also an author and researcher, best known for his book Hearts at Work, which focuses on teacher morale and positive educational environments.
